We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, many items supplied are specialist electric vehicle components and may be application-specific.

It remains the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that any component ordered is suitable for their intended vehicle and use. Where clarification is required, customers are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase.

Advice provided by KMC Electric is given in good faith based on the information supplied at the time.

3. Professional Installation and Use

Certain products offered may be intended for installation by appropriately qualified professionals. KMC Electric accepts no liability for damage, failure, or loss arising from incorrect installation, modification, or misuse of any component supplied.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice.

Due to the specialist and low-volume nature of our stock, availability cannot be guaranteed. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery

Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability. Once goods have been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

6. Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in original condition and packaging
• Not have been modified, programmed, or fitted

Electrical and high-voltage components that have been installed, programmed, altered, or used are non-returnable unless confirmed defective following inspection.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless goods are confirmed to be faulty.

All returned goods are subject to inspection prior to refund or replacement approval.

7. Faulty Goods

If goods are believed to be defective, customers must notify KMC Electric promptly and refrain from further installation or modification.

Where appropriate, testing or inspection may be required before confirming fault. Liability is limited strictly to the value of the item supplied.

8. Limitation of Liability

KMC Electric shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

• Labour costs
• Vehicle downtime
• Business interruption
• Loss of earnings

Our total liability in all circumstances is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
